1 About the service

ARVE1.EE is an online invoicing platform operated by MILARD GROUP OÜ (registry code 12139696, VAT EE101469650), a company registered in Estonia. The platform allows businesses and freelancers to create, send, and manage invoices compliant with Estonian e-invoice standards including Peppol BIS 3.0.

By registering an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 Plans and limits

We reserve the right to change plan pricing and limits. Registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change.

3 Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• The accuracy of your company data, invoice data, and client information.
• Ensuring that invoices you send comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to represent your company (if applicable) to use this service.

4 Acceptable use

You may not use ARVE1.EE to:

• Send fraudulent, fictitious, or misleading invoices.
• Spam or unsolicited commercial emails.
• Any illegal activity under Estonian or EU law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

5 Email sending

The Pro plan allows sending invoice emails to your clients via our mail server (noreply@arve1.ee). By using this feature, you confirm that your clients have consented to receive commercial documents from you, and that you comply with applicable email and anti-spam regulations.

6 Disclaimer of warranties

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7 Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page.
• Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
• We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for more than 24 months.

8 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
